NEW

I am really ready for some new stuff to come along with the new year.  So far....a new tattoo in the works as well as a new cell phone! This is all pretty exciting in my recently mundane life. I have also been considering taking ballet classes again........probably won't happen. I would really like to start reading more. I finished the Sookie Stackhouse novel that was still in my pool bag from sunning in the summer...glad to be done with that one! It smelled like tanning oil and chlorine...ew. I now need to begin Last Exit to Brooklyn by Selby.
      He wrote Requiem for a Dream. My brother gave me a copy of the book for Christmas. I have been wanting to read it for about 5 years. I'm just not a reader I guess...........too lazy. But this year...I will try to BECOME a reader....... yes!  A new years resolution........become a reader! easy enough! I already have the skills required and I even own some books.........I also have money! I bet I could find a bookstore or even amazon.com. Awesome. Good idea me!

Re............

 So today I did something unexpected....... I reapplied to KU. Why did I do this?  Well I was in the middle of talking to Brandon about how he needs to take a full time schedule and how he should enroll before the very last day..... and all of a sudden I was retrieving my ku online id..... I don't even know if they will take me back because of my horrible last semester. I really didn't think I would try to get my degree for a long time.  I guess it kinda makes me feel like a failure cause I'm like trying to redo my life or something.  Like I'm asking for another chance to get a useless piece of paper.  It's not like I will be able to find a higher paying job than the one I have now.....but I guess I just want my college years to get wrapped up...... But then what?  I used to have dreams........now I just want to be comfortable..... Well I guess I have dreams..I want to travel!  I would like to have a comfortable home and enough money to take an awesome trip at least once a year... I really want to get out of the country again...it has almost been 4 years....that is tooooooooo long!!!!!  So I guess the point is.....I'm going back to school.....sometime...............if they let me.

NEW YEAR

So it's a new year.............so far so good!  I really need to start a good workout routine.........mainly just for the tummy I am beginning to develop........I should get out that old wii fit and give it some use!!!!!!!!
One thing about this year that will be different.....I am moving away from Lawrence for the 1st time ever!!!
 CRAZY! Also a good friend will be leaving town........sadness. It will be the end of an era........but that only means a new and even more awesome era will begin!!! Like the era of me getting to travel to see my friends instead of living in the same town and never seeing them at all! I am really looking forward to not having to commute to work every day...........because that shit sucks.........basically I made this blog to keep track of my personal goals and to keep track of other blogs!  well shit .............yea
